To expand our global footprint and bring our high-quality, cost-effective solutions directly to Europe, we established EPSI Europe GmbH in 2014. At our headquarters in Hasbergen (Osnabrück region), we maintain an extensive standard inventory and are continually expanding our machinery and production capabilities.

This location serves as our Innovation Center, where we offer specialized services including:

• Custom tape slitting to your exact specifications
• Plotting and die-cutting of heat-resistant labels
• Tape lamination onto liners
• Custom silicone sheet cutting

To respond even more flexibly to your requirements, we began producing small-batch custom masks at this facility in November 2024. Furthermore, since August 2022, our second German location in Wathlingen has been producing your paint hooks and wire-formed parts on over 20 bending machines—all backed by our quality promise: Made in Germany.

We are constantly evolving to provide you with the best possible solutions. In July 2023, we further expanded our portfolio by entering the custom racking and fixture market.

In addition to our standard masking products, our global engineering team develops custom solutions to your specific needs. We manufacture molded parts from a variety of materials, including silicone, EPDM, neoprene, Viton, ABS, PLA, vinyl, and more.

Thanks to our new 3D Rapid Prototyping technology, we can now provide you with a functional, heat-resistant approval sample within just a few days. This allows you to quickly test for fit and function within your own processes. Leverage our expertise to optimize your operations and reduce your overall coating costs.

We source our high-temperature technical tapes primarily as log rolls from our sister company, Specialty Tapes Manufacturing in the US. Using our in-house precision slitting equipment, we can convert and supply these tapes in widths ranging from 3 mm to 1550 mm.

Quality is our top priority—not just in manufacturing, but also in delivery. To ensure our products arrive in pristine condition, every roll is shrink-wrapped and labeled with a specific part number and batch (lot) number for full traceability.

In addition to roll goods, we offer custom labels and die-cut shapes made from these masking tapes. With our own cutting plotters and die-cutting machinery at our Osnabrück facility, we guarantee fast turnaround times.

We utilize two primary manufacturing processes for this product group:

• Small batches: Precision-cut on our CNC plotters.
• High-volume production: Manufactured using high-speed die-cutting.

In both cases, we deliver the labels fully weeded (matrix removed), wound on a 3" core, shrink-wrapped, and clearly labeled with the part and batch numbers.

To further optimize your handling and assembly processes, we can also provide labels on a slit-back liner (split liner) or add perforations between the labels on the roll.
